Please review these general conditions alongside your written project quotation.
1. Project scope and quotation
Every project starts with an agreed scope, price, schedule, deliverables and required client materials. Extra pages, additional features, assets or scope changes are quoted before additional work.
2. Payment
Standard design and development projects require a 50% advance and a 50% remaining payment after approval and before final handover. Standalone company profiles and marketing services require full payment before work starts. The company profile included in the $400 website bundle follows that bundle’s payment schedule.
3. Package pricing
Published fixed starting prices are USD $50 for Premium Logo Design, USD $100 for Business Stationery, and USD $400 for the Business Website package. Payment currencies and any transfer charges must be confirmed before payment.
4. Timelines and revisions
The logo package targets first concepts in two hours when availability, the brief and advance payment are confirmed. The business website package targets approximately seven days after content, access and payment are received. Revisions and third-party approvals may extend timelines. Unlimited logo revisions apply within the agreed brief.
5. Hosting, renewals and integrations
The $400 Business Website package includes a domain and hosting for the first year. Future renewals, maintenance, licensed tools and out-of-scope changes are billed by agreement. Bandwidth is subject to host fair-use conditions, and third-party verification is beyond MJC’s control.
6. Marketing services
Campaign fees are paid before each service period. Deliverables, targets, advertising budgets and reporting cadence must be confirmed in the proposal. Leads, sales, follower counts and search rankings cannot be guaranteed.
7. Files, approvals and licensing
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rights to supplied materials. Final approved deliverables are handed over after payment under the agreed terms. Third-party licenses remain governed by their providers.
8. Cancellation and changes
Any cancellation, pause, rescheduling or refund request is reviewed against the accepted agreement and completed work. Confirm specific terms in writing before payment.
9. Project file retention
Working files and supplied materials may be deleted from active storage after the 15-day post-completion retention period stated in the published privacy policy. Maintain your own copies.
