Information you share
We use contact details, business information, brand assets, content and account access that you choose to provide to respond to enquiries and deliver agreed services. Share only what is needed for the project.
Enquiry form & WhatsApp
The contact form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. This website does not submit the form to an MJC server or store the entered enquiry. You decide whether to send the prepared message in WhatsApp.
Project files and retention
Client-supplied materials and working files are kept in active project storage for up to 15 days after project completion, consistent with the previous MJC policy. Please retain your final deliverables. Accounting or legally required records may be kept longer.
Third-party systems
Your browser, hosting provider, WhatsApp, email services and any linked social networks may process information under their own policies. Technical connection logs may be handled by the web host.
Access and confidentiality
Project information should only be accessed by people and providers involved in agreed services. Use delegated account access where possible and revoke credentials after handover.
Portfolio use
Client identifying details and project material should only be used publicly with permission, subject to existing public materials and client agreements.
