How do I start a project?
Message us on WhatsApp with your business name, requirements, references and timeline. We confirm the scope, deliverables, price and payment schedule before starting.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We collaborate remotely with companies across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, UK, USA, Pakistan and elsewhere.
When is payment due?
Standard design and development projects are 50% in advance and 50% after approval, before final handover. Standalone company profiles and marketing work require full payment before starting.
What does the $400 business website package include?
A responsive WordPress website, custom design, logo and stationery, domain and one year of hosting, one business email, a company profile of up to 30 pages, social setup, basic SEO and security setup, subject to confirmed scope.
Do you offer mobile app development?
Yes. We can scope mobile and web app experiences, customer portals, internal business tools, automations and integrations. Features, platforms and timelines are agreed before quotation.
Are hosting renewals and maintenance included forever?
No. The fixed website package includes the first year of domain and hosting. Future hosting, domain, maintenance and optional licensed tools are quoted separately.
Do your marketing packages include advertising spend?
The Organic Social package does not include paid ads. The PKR 100,000 Meta Growth Pro package allocates PKR 50,000 to ad spend; confirmed scope and fees are documented in writing.
Can you guarantee leads, rankings or a follower count?
No. Business results depend on your audience, offer, competition, platform policies and budget. We agree deliverables and provide the relevant reporting instead.
Will I receive editable design files?
Logo and stationery packages include PNG, JPG and editable source files. Other deliverables follow the agreed quotation and supported tools.
How long do you retain project files?
The existing published MJC policy states that working files and client-supplied project materials are kept in active storage for up to 15 days after completion, subject to legal and accounting recordkeeping requirements.
